I got an early morning phone call from a customer who needed more wooden pallets by noon that same day to keep their operation running smoothly. When they asked for help, our employees quickly jumped in. We had the pallets they needed built, quality-checked, and delivered to the customer by 10:30 a.m. that very day.
That kind of customer-first response relies on our motivated workforce. We can’t handle an order like that unless our employees step up for the customer—and they did. They do it all the time.
The men and women who work at BC Wood Products like to roll up their sleeves and work hard. Many of our managers are promoted from within our company because we know we benefit from the knowledge newly-promoted employees have already gained working for us.
